Mirabel’s official community information describes staffed security and gate management for contractors, vendors and deliveries. Owners and project teams should confirm current credentials, permitted hours, delivery procedures and site rules before scheduling work. Camelback Smart Homes can coordinate its field schedule with the authorized project contact, but it does not control community access policies.
The Club’s published membership information says property ownership within the community is not required for membership. Membership categories, capacity, availability and transfer terms are governed separately by the Club and may change. A buyer should verify them directly; Camelback Smart Homes makes no membership representation and plans residential systems independently of club status.
Size, elevation changes, masonry, metal, low-emissivity glass and large indoor-outdoor transitions can all affect radio coverage.
